BOOTCAMP

Each Bootcamp class is focused on a specific level of intensity training. Includes some strength training but is mainly geared towards cardio. These classes are fun and great way to get toned.

  • Monday at 6:30pm (Light/Moderate)

  • Tuesday at 6:30pm (Advanced)

  • Wednesday at 6:30pm (Light/Moderate)

  • Thursday at 6:30pm (Advanced)

  • Saturday at 11am (All Fitness Levels)
