Focused on High intensity training including some strength training but is mainly geared towards cardio. These classes are great to get toned and a nice body pump.  

  • Tuesday at 6pm

  • Thursday at 6pm

  • Saturday at 11am (All Fitness Levels)

Light to Moderate Intensity

BOOTCAMP

This Bootcamp class is focused on Light to Moderate intensity training. Includes some strength training but is mainly geared towards cardio. These classes are fun and great way to get toned.

  • Monday at 6:30pm

  • Wednesday at 6:30pm

  • Saturday at 11am (All Fitness Levels)
