Large Group Fitness Training

This workout option is includes some strength training but is mainly geared towards cardio. These classes are great to get toned and a nice body pump. There are two different Bootcamp class intensities options High intensity, and Light to moderate intensity class. Contact LP to find out which class will better your fitness needs. Bootcamp classes are very fun and a great workout experience like no other!

$15 per session

  • 2 day per week for a month

  • 8 sessions for the month = $100

 

  • 3 day per week for a month

  • 12 sessions for the month= $150

SMALL GROUP

Personal Fitness Training

(3 people max per session)

This workout option you are locking 1 hour training that could potentially be with to other clients that have similar fitness goals as you. This workout options includes 1 hour personal workouts geared to target your individual fitness needs, 2 week weigh ins , and fitness coaching.

$45 per session

  • 2 days a week for a month

  • 8 sessions total sessions = $265

 

  • 3 day a week for a month

  • 12 total sessions = $395

 

  • 4 day a week for a month

  • 16 total sessions =$500

TRUE 1 on 1 

Personal Fitness Training

(Individual sessions)

This workout option you are locking in the entire hour to train exclusively with LP. Option includes 1 hour personal workouts geared to target your individual fitness needs, 2 week weigh ins , and fitness coaching.

$70 per session

  • 2 days a week for a month

  • 8 sessions total sessions = $265

 

  • 3 day a week for a month

  • 12 sessions for the month = $ 630

  • 4 day per week for a month

  • 16 sessions for the month = $750
     

Group + TRUE 1 on 1 

Personal Fitness Training

(Combination of sessions)

These options a great if you want to mix up your training throughout the week.

  • 2 Bootcamps/Virtual & 1 Personal training session per week =$225

  • 3 Bootcamps/Virtual & 1 Personal training session per week =$270

  • 1 Bootcamp & 2 Personal training sessions per week = $315 (College rate $255)
