This Boot Camp class is focused on Light to Moderate intensity training. Includes some strength training but is mainly geared towards cardio. These classes are fun and great way to get toned.

  • Monday at 6:30pm

  • Wednesday at 6:30pm

  • Saturday at 11am (All Fitness Levels)
